Słupsk is situated in the western part of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (known also as the Pomorskie Region or the Pomeranian Province). Travellig by train
Railway lines from Szczecin to Gdańsk run through Słupsk. Local train links connect Słupsk with Ustka, Sławno, Miastko and Szczecinek.
The Tri-city (Trójmiasto) Fast Urban Railway arrives in Słupsk. The travel time from Słupsk to Gdynia Główna totals about 2 hours using the Fast Urban Railway. If we decide to travel by the Low Cost Railway trains or the InterCity trains it will take us about 1 hour and 30 minutes to rich Gdynia Główna, and 3 hours to Szczecin being a final destination. The travel time of a train connection between Słupsk and Warszawa, including a transfer in Gdynia for the Pendolino train, totals 5 hours and 30 minutes on the average. When deciding on the direct InterCity train, we have to take into account 6 hours of travel time.
